1. Who we are
This site is operated by SquachAcers LLC ("SquachAcers," "we," "us"), a Florida limited liability company based in Quincy, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through squachacers.com and how we use it.
2. Information we collect
We currently collect only what you choose to give us directly:
- Reserve list signups: the email address you submit through our "Reserve early access" form, and through the Squach Paddles "Founding Squad" waitlist on our pickleball page.
- Contact form submissions: your name, email address, and message content when you contact us.
- Basic technical data: standard web server and hosting logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited), collected automatically by our hosting provider for security and performance purposes.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand overall site traffic — page views, visit counts, and general referral sources. This tool does not use cookies, does not track individual visitors across sites, and does not build advertising profiles. We do not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics pixels, or sell any personal information.
3. How we use your information
- To send you a single email when a real MODTOES production run and ship date exist, and a launch notification for Squach Paddles when that campaign opens.
- To respond to messages sent through our contact form.
- To maintain the security and functioning of this website.
We do not send marketing drip campaigns, and we do not share, rent, or sell your email address to third parties.
4. Third-party services
Form submissions on this site are processed through Netlify Forms, our website hosting provider. Netlify may process this data on our behalf as part of delivering that service. We do not otherwise share your data with third parties except where required by law.
5. Data retention
We retain reserve-list emails until you ask us to remove them or until we complete our first production launch communication, whichever comes first. Contact form messages are retained as needed to respond to and document correspondence.
6. Your choices
You can ask us to remove your email from our reserve list, or to delete any information we hold about you, at any time by emailing squachacers@gmail.com. We will act on these requests promptly.
7. Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
8. Changes to this policy
As we move from pre-launch to accepting orders, this policy will be updated to cover payment processing, shipping data, and related handling. We'll update the date at the top of this page when that happens.
