SEATING THREAD...
SquachAcers™ · Modular Footwear

Removable.
Modular.
Yours.

A threaded post lives in the sole. A module twists on, locks flush, and holds. No exposed hardware, no glue, no permanent build — just a mechanism, sized to your foot.

The mechanism

One post. One twist. Locked.

01

Post, embedded

A medical-grade stainless threaded post sits in the sole, fully wrapped in silicone. Nothing metal touches skin.

02

Module, aligned

Each module carries a hex insert sized to the post. Set it against the threads — there's one way it seats.

03

Deployed or flush

Twist to raise a module between the toes, or twist it back down flush with the sole. Same sandal, two states.

What makes it real

Not a gimmick sole. A filed mechanism.

PATENT-PENDING

Utility application, filed

A non-provisional utility application covers the indexed forefoot grid and the interchangeable threaded module system.

MATERIALS

Silicone-wrapped stainless

The post is medical-grade stainless steel, fully sleeved in silicone. The module body is molded TPU. Nothing sharp is ever exposed.

FIT ON PURPOSE

Placement, not guesswork

Modules index to a grid built for how a forefoot actually loads — not a single stock arrangement bolted onto any sandal.

Inside the lab

Concepts we explored on the way here.

Before landing on the MODTOES post-and-module system, we ran parallel studies on spacer geometry. Shown here for transparency — these are concept renders, not the shipping design.

Reserve early access.

First run is small on purpose. One email when pairs are ready to ship — no drip sequence, no fake countdown.

One email, when there's a real production run. Built in Quincy, Florida.

You're on the list. We'll write when it's real.

Where it stands

Pre-launch. Patent-pending. In prototype trials.

Status

Pre-launch — first production run is intentionally small.

Patent

Patent-pending — non-provisional utility application filed, USPTO.

Prototype

Currently in prototype trials with early testers.

Honest note: we're not shipping next week, and we're not faking urgency either. This list exists for when there's a real production run to ship — nothing before that.
